My son wanted to get married in the Bavarian mountains and since I was in Germany at the time it became my job to plan for and organize this event. I liked the idea having the time and given my professional experience I felt well prepared for this job. Therefore initially I saw no need to get a wedding planner involved.
However that changed as we went through the process having to deal with more and more detail of the two day event. So we got involved with the team of “feste feiern” and today I am convinced that this was the right decision. Anna Schober is a well seasoned professional with the necessary experience and contacts in the industry. From day one she provided important and valuable inputs into our planning. Also she took care of engaging many of the service providers. We adopted many of her ideas and that helped us to make the event a total success.
Especially valuable was her presence during the event. Almost unnoticed by the guests she and her team orchestrated the sequence of individual events during the two days. This went from organizing parking for the many guests in a densely populated small town and having bride and groom taken to and from the church ceremony in an antique car all the way to having entertainment ready during the following reception and gala and moving the guests to where they were supposed to be. During the gala they took care of seating the guests, timing the serving of the multi-course dinner, and brought presentations and speeches in a meaningful order. In the end every contributor had the feeling that his or her participation was valued and well received. All of this helped me to simply sit back and enjoy my son’s wedding.
To sum it up: The contribution of the team of “feste feiern” was extremely valuable and definitely worth the money. I would recommend using them without reservations.
